Our restaurant is the classical family running place that since 40 years prefers the traditional food: homemade pasta, cooked flat bread by wood-burning oven, mushrooms, strictly cooked meat by barbecue etc…
Burning fireplace during the winter in the nice living room at the ground floor, and during the summer a large garden where it is possibile to taste our plates which have their roots in the tradition and can make use of a selected choice of the first matters of this area.
Besides the typical plates of the Tuscan food like ribollita, crostini (typical little slides of baked bread with different sauces), pici (typical Tuscan homemade spaghetti), wild boar, fiorentina (typical Tuscan steak) etc…you have to taste the Neapolitan pizza, cooked by wood-burning oven that Raffaele proposes in the classical versions like margherita, marinara, fresh tomato.
